Logos and Identity

  • Great Berwick

    Local Farmers Clare and Sam nurture beautiful Long Horn Cattle the oldest pure breed of cattle in the world. Deciding to sell
    direct to the public they approached us to develop a logo. They knew that they wanted it to incorporate an image of the breed
    but also to reflect their history and quality. Several illustrations were produced by Aardvark and eventually this flat colour silk
    screen print style was selected reminiscent of the 1930s and 40s. This style has now been developed into labels for their
    delicious pies.

  • Calm Solutions

    Aardvark were commissioned to create this logo for a new and expanding employment consultancy.

  • Best of Taste

    Aardvark developed and advanced the existing style to include a logo suitable for landscape and portrait format.

  • Relish

    This logo was created for the HEART of ENGLAND fine food food club. Successfully used from membership cards to large format display.

  • Coulter Lane strawberries

    Calligraphy was employed to create this logo for a family fruit farm. Used on leaflets and embroidered t shirts.

  • Chocolate Farm

    A small Shropshire based company making ‘mignardise du chocolate’ (small chocolate cups filled with light uniquely flavoured mousse) and a range of chocolate bars. Calligraphy was used to create the logo smooth, rich and indulgent.

  • Regional Food Academy

    With it’s home at Harper Adams University College this splendid resource was opened by HRH Princess Ann in 2009. We were delighted to be commissioned to create their logo.

  • Mr Moydens Cheeses

    Our clients are a delightful, ambitious and dedicated couple making artisan cheeses and butter. We wanted their logo to reflect the hours of work and the hands on nature of making their award winning cheeses happily they agreed. The focal point had to be Martin working at the vat. It now works across an ever increasing range of delicious cheeses.

  • HEART of ENGLAND fine foods Logo

    Originally designed 15 years ago its versatility has been very pleasing. As HEFF’s services and events have grown so the logo has
    been successfully employed. These include Savour the flavour, diamond awards, trade development and more. It has recently
    received a slight update but it remains a logo of which we are very proud.

  • Hedgerow Kitchen

    A new and growing company using hedgerow ingredients to produce delicious jams, jellies and chutneys. Starting with a logo combining
    calligraphy and rosehip berry illustration, we then worked on creating a die cut label with the addition of a background illustration of
    hedgerow leaves.

  • Bings Heath Dexter Beef

    Bings Heath added to their product range and needed a sister brand to run alongside their smokery business. The logo was created using the same calligraphic style and a grass green was chosen as the range colour. Thus successfully providing an identity for both ranges but retaining a corporate look.

    Our client needed an identity to reflect the outstanding quality of his smoked products. This simple but very effective logo has
    worked on so many levels and over many products and print processes. Leaflets, labels, vehicle livery, display and delivery boxes.
