    A5 format, wiro bound with laminated cover and dividers. Designed to reflect the excellent services provided by the food group and to highlight in particular the benefits of membership.

    Producer membership is divided into product categories. Each category divider was designed to represent a product area with typography and studio photography. Click here to view the interior pages

  • HEFF regional food guide

    This new magazine designed to publicise the heart of England region and its terrific regional food producers was intended to be the food lover’s essential reference guide.

    With articles about the region its foodie people, towns, specialties it incorporated the HEART of ENGLAND fine foods directory which was renamed the ‘Little Green Book’ Aardvark are very proud to have worked with HEFF to create this publication.

  • Best of Taste

    Best of Taste Coulis

    These delicious coulis produced in Shropshire needed a stand out leaflet to be available in all outlets. The solution was in the bottle and the new ‘bottle’ leaflet was born. A tactile shape and rich design proved to be irresistible and though the leaflet contents have been updated and new recipes created the shape remains the same.

    This range also includes shelf talkers, collectable recipe cards and shelf dispensers, illustrated labels and recipe labels.

    Our existing clients Alan and Shirley were adding to their product range and wanted a sister brand to run alongside his smokery business.
    The logo was created by us using the same calligraphic style and a bright grass green chosen as the range colour.

    A new service from HEFF for customers looking to source local food & drink. Images created by us for use in the Local Food Store were used on promotional post cards and folders for this and the International version.

    The annual black tie event celebrates the success of their members. This design was produced for the invitation and evening ticket working along side the application forms. The original HEFF logo has been developed for use promoting the diamond awards and the individual categories.

    A new home for their offices included a rather splendid kitchen and cafe with many products sourced from producer members. This A3 gatefold shows images of some of the producers and sample menus.

  • 2012 Peplar leaflet

    Shropshire County Oils

    Our existing client and rapeseed oil producer required a label and flier for a new range of Camelina Oil. A new illustration was
    created in the same style as for the rapeseed oil with a deep rich dark green used as a back ground. The company style has
    been retained and carried over the labels and promotional literature.

    Commissioned to promote the regions rich food and drink heritage to locals and tourists alike. Produced in the format of an ordinance survey
    map a testament to the print and finishing of Graphics and Print. The illustrated map was created in-house.

    This flag ship publication is a 12 page A4 format with staggered foredge, printed on gloss with gloss laminated cover. The staggered foredge
    enables easy sectional access for potential members to find those areas of membership appropriate to them.

    This year F.I.N.D took place in the same magnificent building as did the original launch 15 years ago. A simple stylised drawing
    was used with an off centre fold and wrap around design. The programme was printed on the beautiful omnia stock which whilst
    uncoated still holds the subtle tonal values unlike other uncoated stock.

    A year of celebration, the coming together of sparkling golden discs was used to portray the year (The Queens Jubilee and the
    2012 Olympic and Paralympics games) and the annual award ceremony for the very best in the local food industry. The HEFF
    logo was also amended to incorporate the union flag.

  • Criddle gatefold leaflet

    A local grain merchant required promotional literature to explain its history and solid credentials. There was also a need to provide
    information about individual staff members helping existing and future clients to ‘put a face’ to the name and build a working
    relationship. The A3 gatefold enabled us to employ a rich selection of commissioned photographs, text and a timeline whilst also
    acting as a vehicle to hold a separate profile card for the appropriate member of staff. The established style has been successfully
    developed on a concertina leaflet and large format show panels.
